Swimming is an excellent, full-body workout and a skill you can use your entire life. Adult lessons still receive the small teacher student ratios and PROfessional teachers our program is known for but with an added flexibility to work towards your goals independently from the rest of the class. Your teacher will be both a swim instructor and personal trainer to get you swimming. Try it out with a free trial class!

Due to limited availability, birthday parties are only for those who hold an active Academy Membership. Memberships are pre-purchased and paid ($1300) and are valid for 6 months. You must be a current Academy Member to book a party. No exceptions.
