Class Sizes?

Our classes and our school are small, inviting and personable. Swim with your baby in a class of 6, or send your child to a semi-private class of 3-4. The pool is always 92 degrees and lesson-only

When can I start?

Lessons are ongoing and are once a week for 30 minutes. Join anytime. Take a break anytime. We’ll be here.

Make-Up Classes?

Scheduling is family-friendly with free make-up classes, no explanations required. Read that again. Free make-up classes with no explanation required! We only ask that you are currently enrolled to use make-ups, but no hurry because they don’t expire! Please keep in mind that we highly recommended attending your class each week, consistency is key and make up spots are not always easy to find (although we try our best!)

Is scheduling easy?

Schedule or reschedule classes online, which is helpful when you wake up in the middle of the night and realize you’re double-booked! Download our app for an even easier way to book classes.

Mom Owned & Operated?

Yes, the school really is owned and operated by a local mom (and an incredible staff!) here in Elk Grove Village.

How do I start?

New here? Schedule one full class, on us. We want to get to know your family! And we’re pretty sure you’ll love what you find here.

Prices?

Semi-private classes are $30 per class for ages 2 and up, and Swim Babies (ages 3 months to 2 years) are $25 per class. Typically $120/$100 per month, charged on the 1st. Easy auto-payments are required. There is a once-yearly facility fee of $35. That’s it. Want to save over 40%? Check out our Academy Memberships.

        In order to offer this exceptional deal, Academy Memberships are non-refundable and hold no cash value. Party, swim lessons and open swims are only for immediate family members only. Memberships can not be put on hold. Subject to annual change at any time.

Policies & Fine Print

We get it. We have families, too! At the end of the day, we’ll always try to do what’s right for your family. But we’re also a business. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with our policies and feel free to ask any questions you may have.

  • REGISTRATION POLICY - PROs classes are ongoing, allowing students to start at will. First month payment and facility fees are due at the time of enrollment. Current students benefit from priority in choosing class times. Customers agree to enroll in at least two full calendar months of lessons, but students will remain enrolled until a written notice from the customer is received.
  • FACILITY FEE - All non-member students must pay a $35 annual facility fee, which will recur upon the date of enrollment each year. If your student is currently enrolled in the month that your Facility Fee is due, the charge will be automatically added to your tuition payment and debited the 1st.
  • AUTO PAY - To ensure students do not lose their spots in class, the customer will keep credit card or bank information on file for direct debit. These perpetual payments will be made on the first of every month enrolled. Tuition is based on the number of classes in that month. If your account has any other balances including a Facility Fee or Event Fee due, those charges will be added to your monthly tuition. No refunds will be issued after payments have been ran. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. Automatic payments and enrollment will continue until a written notice is received from the customer. First and last payments may be prorated.
  • WITHDRAWAL POLICY - If you ever need to take a break from lessons, we only require a written notice before your next billing cycle to stop your payments. You will be able to submit this through our website or by e-mailing Parent Support. Of course, we hope you won't stop until your child is safer, loving the water, and swimming laps! Sorry, no refunds will be issued after the 1st of the month.
  • OUR CALENDAR - Classes are held year-round without sessions; so students can start and stop at will. PRO Swim Academy closes for major holidays and breaks once a year for maintenance. All lessons missed due to a closing will be eligible for rescheduling.
  • MAKE UPS are only for students who are currently enrolled. They may be book up to a week in advance. Make up classes are a courtesy and not guaranteed. Please keep in mind that we can not reschedule booked make up classes (no make ups for make ups). Make ups never expire.
  • CLASS SIZE - All semi-private classes have four or fewer students per lesson; all Platypup Swim Babies classes will have an average of eight parents and babies. PRO Swim Academy reserves the right to condense classes with only one or two students enrolled.
  • NO LEAVING - Parents or chaperones must stay at PRO Swim Academy while students are in class. No exceptions. A child may need to use the restroom, have a first aid issue or classes can be cleared due to unforeseen pool problems such as a fecal incident or weather. For the safety of all students, you must be present and responsible for your child.
  • DIAPERS - In compliance with Illinois state health codes, all non-fully potty-trained swimmers must wear a disposable swim diaper covered with a reusable swim diaper.
  • ANNOUNCEMENTS - We encourage you to always check in with the Parent Support staff to stay informed. We will also communicate via email, Powerpoint, and signs around the building.
  • ILLNESS - Exercise and the warm pool area help boost the immune system and fight off illnesses. However, if your child is suffering from fever, diarrhea, or other contagious illness, he/she may not come to class. In that event, please call Parent Support, and we will help you reschedule.
  • CANCELLATIONS - Occasionally PRO Swim Academy will have to cancel classes due to weather advisories, poor pool conditions, etc. In such a case, we will contact all affected families by email, website and Facebook. If you are unable to bring your student to class for any reason, please call Parent Support, who will help you reschedule.
  • MEDICAL WITHDRAWALS - PRO Swim Academy will place a medical credit on your account for a medical withdrawal with support from a licensed medical practitioner. Credits will take effect from the date we receive the doctor’s note.
  • CREDITS - All in house credits will expire one year from their issue date

Due to limited availability, birthday parties are only for those who hold an active Academy Membership. Memberships are pre-purchased and paid ($1300) and are valid for 6 months. You must be a current Academy Member to book a party. No exceptions.
